Refund and Returns Policy
Just Another Gun Shop

At Just Another Gun Shop, we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service. Due to the nature of firearms and regulated items, our return and refund policies differ from typical retail stores. Please review the policy below before making a purchase.
Firearms Sales
All firearm sales are final once the transfer process has begun.
Firearms cannot be returned after they have been:
- transferred to the buyer
- recorded on ATF paperwork
- removed from the premises after transfer
Customers are responsible for ensuring the firearm they purchase is the correct model before completing the transfer.
If a firearm arrives damaged or incorrect from the manufacturer or distributor, we will assist you in arranging warranty service with the manufacturer.
Firearms Purchased Online and Shipped to Our Store
If you purchase a firearm online and have it shipped to Just Another Gun Shop for transfer:
- The transfer fee is non-refundable
- If you decide not to complete the transfer, the firearm must be returned to the original seller
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
NFA Items (Suppressors, Short Barrel Rifles, etc.)
All NFA item sales are final.
This includes:
- suppressors
- short barrel rifles
- short barrel shotguns
- machine guns
- other NFA regulated items
Due to federal registration requirements, NFA items cannot be returned once ATF paperwork has been submitted.
If there is a manufacturer defect, the item will be handled through the manufacturer’s warranty process.
Ammunition
For safety and liability reasons:
All ammunition sales are final.
We cannot accept returns or exchanges on ammunition.
Accessories, Apparel, and Non-Firearm Items
Accessories such as:
- holsters
- magazines
- optics
- apparel
- other non-regulated items
may be returned within 14 days of purchase if they are:
- unused
- in original packaging
- accompanied by a receipt
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective Products
If you receive a defective product, please contact us as soon as possible. Many products are covered by manufacturer warranties, and we will assist you with the warranty process when applicable.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before they are shipped or before paperwork has begun.
Once a firearm or NFA transfer process has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
Transfer Fees
All firearm transfer fees are non-refundable, regardless of whether the customer completes the transfer.
